​​How to Participate​

  1. Purchase a Time Capsule Package: Add letters, family photos, children’s handprints and more through the time capsule package that best fits your family
     

  2. Sponsorship Opportunities: Businesses and community partners can sponsor at higher levels and receive visibility this year and beyond

Time Capsule Packages & Sponsorships Available:

  • Standard Letter – $25

    • Single-page letter/note, placed with others in a shared envelope
       

  • Comprehensive Letter Package – $50

    • Up to three pages plus a photo or small keepsake (e.g., a child’s handprint)

    • Sealed in a private envelope for added significance
       

  • Sponsor a Connections Family – $100

    • Sponsor a Connections family so they can include letters, a family photo and children’s artwork
       

  • Family Signing – $100

    • Add your family’s signature directly on the exterior of the time capsule
       

  • Community Sponsorship (Contact us for levels)

    • Logo placement at events and on our campus

    • Logo placement on the visible band of time capsule vessel 

    • Social media mentions and press coverage

Join us in making history by being part of the 2025 Connections Time Capsule, which captures the spirit of who we are now and celebrates who we’ll be in 15 years. This is your chance to record your hopes and dreams for your family, your child, our school, our community and our world. We’ll keep everything safely sealed until 2040 when we’ll celebrate the 25th anniversary of Connections together and unseal the mementos you share now for your family and friends to treasure in the future.

Submission Deadline

All materials submitted by December 12, 2025, will be safely encapsulated until our celebratory ceremony in 2040. Every participant receives a Certificate of Encapsulation along with a special invitation to attend our sealing ceremony in 2025 and the reopening in 2040.
